Summary
Mindloom does not collect, transmit, sell, share, or store any personal information on any server. Everything you say or type stays on your iPhone.
What Mindloom does on your device
- Transcribes your voice locally using Apple’s on‑device Speech framework. Audio is not sent to any server.
- Generates plans locally using Apple Intelligence (Foundation Models framework). Your brain‑dump text and the generated plan stay on the device.
- Stores plans, tasks, and the daily review in an on‑device database. Nothing is uploaded anywhere.
What Mindloom does not do
- No accounts. There is no sign‑in.
- No analytics. We do not use any third‑party analytics SDK.
- No tracking. Mindloom does not link any data to your identity or use it for tracking across apps and websites (Apple’s App Tracking Transparency definitions).
- No cloud sync. No data is sent to our servers because there are no servers.
- No advertising. Mindloom contains no ads and does not share data with advertisers.
System permissions Mindloom requests
- Microphone — to capture your voice for on‑device transcription.
- Speech recognition — to turn audio into text on device.
- Reminders (Pro, optional) — when you opt in, Mindloom adds your tasks to the Reminders app. Data stays on your device and in your iCloud, governed by Apple’s privacy policies.
- Calendar (Pro, optional) — when you opt in, Mindloom schedules events you mention into your Calendar. Data stays on your device and in your iCloud.
- Notifications (optional) — to nudge you about tasks or trigger the daily review. Notification content is composed on device.
In‑app purchases
Mindloom offers a one‑time purchase of Mindloom Pro. Purchases are processed by Apple. We do not see your payment information. Apple shares with us only an anonymous receipt that lets the app confirm you own Pro.
Children
Mindloom is not directed to children under 13 and does not knowingly collect data from anyone.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes in any material way, the updated version will appear here with a new “Last updated” date.
